Our Story

Zen Reflexology Massage has a history rooted in the ancient practice of reflexology, a therapeutic technique used for centuries to promote relaxation and healing. Our founder, Jessica, was inspired to establish the business after experiencing the profound benefits of reflexology firsthand.

Jessica has always had a deep passion for holistic wellness and natural healing. After studying reflexology and other complementary therapies for many years, she opened Zen Reflexology Massage in 2017, to create a place where people could experience the transformative power of reflexology in a peaceful and nurturing environment. Our original location was unfortunately closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and Jessica is reopening a new location to continue Zen Reflexology Massage's original mission.
